Parione Uno Hotel Florence

The room was newly remodeled and had high-quality furnishings and a modern bathroom. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a quiet street just off a bustling piazza. We had a restful night's sleep as there was no street noise or chatter due to the fourth-floor location.

Breakfast was not included, despite the property being listed as a B&B. We had to go to a nearby café for breakfast, which was not convenient.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with everything in the city within easy walking distance. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with well-equipped rooms and the option to leave luggage during the day. The cleanliness of the rooms is impressive, with all facilities new and well-maintained. The hotel's proximity to the center makes it convenient for transportation, with easy access to parking and public transportation options.

The air conditioning issue we had during our stay was not resolved. However, this small technical issue did not take away from the overall great experience at the hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at a lovely and welcoming property. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to various attractions. The staff was helpful, providing us with an iron and ironing board on request. Although we experienced some difficulty with the shower door, Matteo assured us that it would be replaced. The room had shutters and a curtain, creating a dark and quiet environment. On top of that, there were tea, coffee, and water available in the room. I had a fantastic experience at Parione Uno and would highly recommend it.

Not having a light breakfast included in the stay, as I expected. It would have been nice to have a small breakfast option like espresso and brioche.
